Diane Schwarz, R.N.
In 2001, Diane Schwarz joined Dr. Debin's team of healthcare providers. She became a Registered Nurse and received her Master's degree in Science of Nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital's Institute of Health Professionals in Boston, where she began her work as an R.N. Before that, she earned her B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University. She is now ANCC certified as a Registered Nurse Practitioner. One of Diane's specialties is women's health, a topic she has been interested in throughout her career. Additionally, since she was an investigator at the Foundation for Osteoporosis Research and Education, she is also the osteoporosis expert at Dr. Debin's office.
Most likely a combination of skills learned while studying psychology and a natural propensity towards understanding and intuition, Diane has a strong ability to work with patients who have problems such as depression and anxiety. Her compassionate nature and listening skills have been known to relieve even the most troubled patients. Diane's philosophy is to provide holistic care to patients in order to promote overall health and wellness. She is passionate about giving of herself and her resources in order to make a positive difference in the world.
She spends her spare time with her husband Bobby and their children Jacob, Madeline, and Brooke. Diane enjoys tennis, pilates, reading and playing with her children. She also loves singing and leads the children's choir at her church.
